The VS1-12/630-20 vacuum circuit breaker can connect and disconnect circuits under load conditions, and can quickly cut off short-circuit current when a short-circuit fault occurs in the system. It can also automatically cut off short-circuit faults under the action of protective devices.

For car type circuit breakers, testing is more convenient, but for fixed cabinet type circuit breakers, testing is not very convenient.
The vacuum degree test of VS1-12/630-20 vacuum circuit breaker cannot replace the traditional power frequency withstand voltage test. Due to the limitation of the testing range (1 × 10-1Pa × 104Pa), the vacuum degree test must be combined with the power frequency withstand voltage test to accurately diagnose the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber.
Before testing, carefully inspect the appearance of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. If there is any damage, no further testing is necessary and it should be replaced immediately; The arc extinguishing chamber that did not pass the power frequency withstand voltage test despite good vacuum test must be replaced; The arc extinguishing chamber that has passed the power frequency withstand voltage but has an unqualified vacuum degree must also be replaced; The pressure resistance has passed and the vacuum degree is qualified, but for those with a rapid decrease in vacuum degree, testing should be strengthened.
