1. The image electronic measuring instrument adopts a color CCD camera, a zoom objective lens, and a crosshair generator as the measurement aiming system;
2. A digital measurement and data processing system consisting of a two coordinate workbench, a grating ruler, and a DC-3000 electrical box;
3. The image electronic measuring instrument has various data processing, display, input, and output functions, and the workpiece alignment function is very practical;
4. Equipped with an RS232 interface, after connecting to a computer, the measurement software M2D can be used to process and output measurement graphics.
2、 System Introduction
The image measuring instrument system is a product developed by combining traditional microscope technology, advanced photoelectric conversion technology, and excellent computer image processing technology It can not only display the observed workpiece on the computer screen, but also conveniently measure any geometric shape of the observed image on the computer (point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, angle, distance between two centers and two parallel lines, distance from point to line, perpendicular length, etc.), quickly measure the size of the workpiece, automatically annotate, and is a relatively economical measuring instrument.
