1. Main transmission system
The main transmission system is driven by an 11kW AC motor through an elastic coupling to drive the main transmission box. There are three sets of sliding gears inside the main transmission box, and the hydraulic pre selected transmission mechanism drives each sliding gear to form 18 different speeds, which are then transmitted to the spindle on the milling head. There is an electromagnetic brake inside the main transmission box, and the spindle brakes quickly and smoothly.
2. Adopting side mounted electrical cabinets and hanging control stations, integrating mechanical and electrical components, and being shipped as a whole, it is easy to install, centrally operated, and capable of operating from multiple positions.
3. The vertical spindle on the milling head has an ISO No.50 taper hole that meets international standards and can be installed with standard milling cutters or milling heads. The axial position of the spindle can be adjusted, and it extends axially together with the sleeve. The spindle can also be adjusted to a tilted position along with the milling head body within a range of 45 degrees on both sides.
4. The feed system's X, Y, and Z coordinates are all driven by AC servo motors. The motor drives the ball screw through a synchronous toothed belt, causing the components to move along the guide rail. The servo motor and its corresponding speed control unit, as well as the pulse encoder used for position detection, are all controlled by the numerical control system; To complete various feed motions. Synchronous toothed belts can be tensioned to reduce transmission clearance and noise. The vertical motor is equipped with a brake. When the power is cut off, the vertical brake is tightened to prevent the lifting platform from sliding down due to its own weight.
5. The milling machine handle adopts the standard XT50 form, which can be used interchangeably with the universal milling machine handle produced by our company. Save on the cost of purchasing knife handles.
6. The semi-automatic tool loading and unloading mechanism is installed above the milling head, and is controlled by two buttons for tool loading and unloading, which is convenient and safe. Even if the spindle extends outward, it will not affect tool loading and unloading.
7. Lubrication system
The automatic lubrication station is equipped with a progressive oil separator to automatically lubricate the machine tool guide rail pair, ball screw pair, and gear pair at regular intervals. The amount of oil added each time and the time interval between two times are adjustable, striving to ensure a reasonable amount of oil at each lubrication point.
