Leakage test before the sterilization cycle begins - Close all valves in the sterilization chamber and observe the pressure rise through a vacuum pressure gauge. If the pressure rise rate meets the program requirements, the system is considered sealed and pre-treatment can begin
1. First, turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate the sterilization chamber and remove moisture and dampness.
2. Open the ventilation valve and flush in dry, sterile air.
When the pressure reaches atmospheric pressure, turn on the vacuum pump again to further dry
5. Inject hydrogen peroxide into the cabin. Due to the high vacuum in the cabin during the pre-treatment period, the hydrogen peroxide is fully diffused, greatly improving the sterilization effect.
After sterilization, the vacuum pump is turned on to reduce the pressure inside the chamber to 1 Torr
7. Open the ventilation valve and flush dry, sterile air into the cabin. When the pressure inside the cabin approaches atmospheric pressure, the vacuum pump starts working to extract the air from the cabin. These residual gases are converted into harmless oxygen and water by the catalytic converter.
8. At the end of the ventilation period, open the ventilation valve and inject a new round of sterile air into the sterilization chamber to restore normal pressure, ending one sterilization cycle.
