3、 Basic functions of equipment
1. Project selection: Party A may choose any one of the testing projects for testing according to the testing needs. (See Article 5 for testing items).
2. Model selection: 300 motor models can be selected and automatically judged; Different models of motor standards can be stored and called up at any time.
3. Parameter input: The upper and lower limits of each motor test standard can be entered, and the characteristic parameters of the insulation standard between the main and auxiliary turns are automatically calculated and saved for a long time.
4. Statistical data: Collect test data of motors and generate data reports. Report distribution: annual, monthly, and daily statistical reports, motor factory quality analysis reports.
5. Real time monitoring: Real time display of each test data, with sound and light alarm function for unqualified items.
6. Temperature compensation: The temperature compensation value is 20 ℃ (automatic temperature value testing).
4、 Functional Features
1. Modular design, standardized design, and system design implement the concept of openness.
2. This system can achieve high-speed testing of motor DC resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, turn to turn withstand voltage, no-load, and locked rotor (starting method).
3. System management authorization, where system administrators have the authority to set, edit, and delete parameter settings and model configurations for various types of motors; The testing operator can only test and operate under the currently selected 'motor model'. Ensure the daily management of the system is professional and easy to maintain.
4. Each testing item can be selected or blocked, and the qualification criteria can be set arbitrarily. If the testing result data exceeds the standard, an automatic sound and light alarm will be triggered.
5. Satisfy users' high-speed measurement needs: The measurement time can be freely selected from 0.2-999S, and the measurement rate can be set arbitrarily within the range of 100mS, 200 mS, 300 mS, 500 mS, and 1000 mS.
6. The power frequency withstand voltage and inter turn voltage can be set arbitrarily to automatically generate voltage stabilization (using IGBT/PWM pulse width modulation), and the test data is not affected by external grid voltage fluctuations. The withstand voltage output has a gradual rise and fall function to avoid inaccurate measurement data or damage to the tested object due to overshoot.
7. Real time monitoring of environmental temperature and enabling or disabling the function of converting actual test resistance values to set temperature values.
8. The starting method tests the motor's locked rotor voltage, locked rotor current, and locked rotor power, with powerful real-time waveform display function and innovative model algorithm, ensuring high repeatability of test data, comparable to mechanical methods. At the same time, it is possible to turn on/off the stall voltage when converting the actual measured voltage value to the set voltage value for stall voltage, current, and power.
9. Automatically offset and correct the inherent voltage leakage current and insulation resistance of the testing system, improving the overall accuracy of the system.
10. When testing the coil turns of a three-phase motor, we can provide a method for comparing the windings of a single motor with each other or a method for comparing the standard waveforms of three-phase windings to meet the user's preferences.
11. The system can not only automatically calibrate various project parameters, but also facilitate functional self checking work, achieving rapid automatic diagnosis and judgment of system faults, in order to facilitate on-site rapid diagnosis and repair of system faults.
12. The rich application of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) technology (such as grounding, shielding, isolation, filtering, etc.) and the guarantee of good manufacturing processes maximize the reliability and anti-interference ability of the system.
