Using self-made combustible gas as the heating source, the drying process consists of two parts: the drum section and the serpentine tube section. Drum part: inner drum and outer insulation layer. The inner drum is equipped with three internal spiral blades, which can make the dried material move evenly, known as roasting heating. The serpentine tube part uses the heat source for secondary utilization, and uses a negative pressure suction fan to extract the dried material into the spiral for separation to achieve the drying effect. 1. The installation of the dryer should be strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the assembly drawing and foundation drawing. Before installing the dryer, its components and accessories should be thoroughly inspected, wiped, cleaned, and complete.
2. Due to the fact that the dryer is a long and large equipment, installation should be carried out in this order and method:
(1) Draw the foundation line, correctly mark the cross line, elevation line, and center marking plate on the foundation marking plate to achieve convenient and accurate use, and consider that the machine base will not be covered after installation.
(2) Install the base and trailer
Flatten the position of the pad iron, mark the center line of the base and tugboat, find the installation position of the base and tugboat according to the requirements of the drawing, level and straighten them, first grout the foundation hole, when the concrete reaches a certain strength, tighten the anchor bolts, recheck and confirm that it is qualified, and then install the cylinder.
(3) Install the cylinder and rolling ring
First, install the rolling ring on the cylinder body. The concave joints required for fixation should be arranged in a staggered pattern, with one in front and one in reverse. Adjust the thickness of the shim to maintain the corresponding gap between the rolling ring and the concave joint. Do not make them consistent, and spot weld the head of the concave joint bolt to the cylinder body.
(4) Install the large gear
Before installation, check that there are no collision marks on the mating interface. Clean the contact surface between the large gear and the cylinder, carefully align the two halves of the gear and tighten the interface bolts, and then install the large gear on the cylinder. Rotate the cylinder and check the radial runout and lateral swing of the large gear until the calibration is qualified.
(5) Install small gears, reducers, and motors
The drying efficiency of a dryer largely depends on the quality of the combustion chamber. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the combustion chamber, blower, and dust removal equipment during the operation of the dryer.
2. One hour before starting the dryer, ignite the furnace and check all accessory equipment, including the various transmission parts, support and drag parts of the dryer, which should be tightened, normal, smooth and reliable before starting.

(1) Before igniting the furnace, check the furnace, grate, feeding device, combustion chamber, slag in the furnace pit, furnace door, air duct, regulating valve, blower, dust collector, etc.
(2) Before starting the dryer, check the lubrication of all bearings and friction surfaces of the fuel, tools, and transmission support devices.
(3) The steps to start the dryer are to first start the dryer motor, then start the wet material transportation equipment, and then start the dry material transportation equipment to form a continuous and uniform operating procedure.
3. During the operation of the dryer, it is necessary to regularly check the temperature of each bearing part, which should not exceed 50 ℃. The gear sound response should be stable, and there should be no obvious impact, vibration, or transmission in the transmission, support, and cylinder rotation. Equipment inspection, maintenance, and upkeep should also be carried out regularly, including:
(1) All bolts and fasteners should not be loose.
(2) Always pay attention to the contact between the rolling ring, the blocking wheel, and the towing wheel.
