Product specification design and installation
1. When designing and applying the tubular microporous aerator, the left and right spacing between the air inlet pipes floating on the water surface is 1000-3000mm, and the spacing between the aerators on the straight line of each air inlet pipe is 500-1500mm; the specific distance depends on process conditions such as water concentration, water quality, and gas supply.
2. This aerator can be equipped with single head air intake for up to 10 sets of straight pipes arranged on each DN100 intake manifold; For more than 10 sets of fabric, air intake from both ends can be used, and the specific number of fabric sets depends on the air flow rate.
3. Each intake branch pipe should be distributed from the main pipe on the shore of the pool, and a valve should be installed to bend against the pool wall to the water level inside the pool.
4. The aerator can be suspended and installed about 150-500mm from the bottom of the tank, or according to design requirements.
5. Each intake manifold exchange connection port is connected with a specially designed rubber hose, which has no effect on changes in water level height.
