This scheme is used to issue cards to each vehicle. Each scale is equipped with two sets of infrared reflectors, one proximity reader, one voice horn, two signal lights, two cameras, two railing machines, and a ground sensing coil.

Before the vehicle is weighed, the signal lights at both ends are green and the railing machines at both ends are turned off;

Before the vehicle is weighed, the ground sensor detects the vehicle, and the local railing machine is turned on to load the vehicle;

When the weight is greater than the minimum value set by the system, the signal light is red;

When the vehicle comes to a complete stop and the ground sensing coil cannot detect it, and the weight of the weighing platform is greater than the minimum value, the railing machine will fall. The driver got off the car and swiped his card;

The system automatically detects the infrared reflector. If the vehicle is not fully weighed, the system prompts the driver to drive the vehicle to the middle of the weighing platform through voice prompts. Otherwise, weighing is not allowed;

If everything is normal for the vehicle, the computer management system will read out the vehicle number, tare weight, and other relevant information (such as the shipping unit) based on the IC cardReceiving unit, material source, driver name, etc.);

The camera captures two sets of images (front and rear) and saves the weight information together;

The system stores the weighing results in the database, and the printer automatically prints out the documents;

The exit railing machine is turned on, and the voice prompts the vehicle to lower the scale;

When the vehicle is weighed and the weight of the weighing platform is below the minimum value, the signal light turns green;

When the ground sensing coil at the exit cannot sense the vehicle, the railing machine will fall down;

Enterprise management departments can also query real-time weighing data and related on-site weighing images of a certain day, time period, or even a certain vehicle through the local area network;

The enterprise management department can also access the dynamic images of all weighing scales in the recent period by setting up a separate hard disk recorder.
