Unidirectional angular contact thrust ball bearing
Unidirectional bearings can be designed to carry only axial loads in one direction, so adjustments can be made relative to the second bearing or bearings installed as a bearing group. The standard configuration of bearings allows for arbitrary pairing, with up to four bearings forming a bearing group according to various configurations, achieving the performance level of a paired group. The unique heat treatment ensures that the bearing maintains a constant bearing preload throughout its entire service life.
Bearing characteristics:
Capable of withstanding axial and radial loads
High load-bearing capacity
High axial stiffness
Low Friction
High speed performance
Types of thrust angular contact ball bearings
Thrust angular contact ball bearings have multiple designs and sizes, with a maximum outer diameter of 1800 mm, and there are two main designs:
Unidirectional angular contact thrust ball bearing
Bidirectional angular contact thrust ball bearing
In addition to the bearings introduced in this chapter, ultra precision angular contact thrust bearings for special applications (such as machine tools) are shown in this chapter as follows:
Bidirectional bearings
Unidirectional and bidirectional bearings and sleeve devices with flange type bearing seats for screw drive
