Features: Hot air is evenly blown out from bottom to top through a horn shaped air duct, and the raw materials flow in a plunger shape from top to bottom due to the resistance of the horn shaped air duct. The raw materials and hot air are evenly convective, and the drying uniformity is good.
The dust collection hot air recovery device is combined with a floor standing dryer (or a spiral mixing dryer) to form a semi closed circulation loop for hot air. The hot air discharged from the drying exhaust port carries moisture and dust, which is discharged by heated natural steam. The remaining hot air enters the recovery device and is completely filtered. The clean and dry hot air coming out of the recovery device is then introduced into the drying machine through a heat-resistant hot air pipe, and recycled repeatedly.
