The Prominence RF-20A/20Axs adopts a newly designed optical system, achieving world-class ultra-high sensitivity and ultra fast analysis capabilities. Moreover, the position of the lamp and detection pool does not need to be adjusted, and can be replaced from the front, improving the convenience of device maintenance.
RF-20Axs has a cooling detection pool temperature control function that other companies do not have, utilizing temperature control near room temperature to provide excellent reproducibility. And it is equipped with a low-pressure mercury lamp for automatic wavelength confirmation.

The temperature control function of the circulation pool provides excellent reproducibility

The analysis data of acridine shows that even under room temperature fluctuations, the temperature control function of the RF-20Axs flow cell can still ensure good analysis reproducibility.
*If there is no pool temperature control function, when the room temperature increases from 25 º C to 30 º C, the peak intensity decreases by 17.5% due to the increase in pool temperature. Under these conditions, the peak area reproducibility is (n=6) 6.3%. However, after using the temperature control function of the circulation pool, excellent reproducibility of 0.3% was achieved by maintaining a constant pool temperature of 25 º C under room temperature fluctuations.
