2、 Working principle of UV photocatalytic spray painting exhaust gas purification equipment

1. After the odorous gas enters the reaction chamber of the UV photocatalytic oxidation module equipped with a frequency band ultraviolet lamp (wavelength range 170nm-184.9nm (704kj/mol-647kj/mol)), the UV ultraviolet beam and ozone synergistically decompose and oxidize the odorous gas, causing it to degrade and convert into low molecular weight compounds, water, and carbon dioxide.

2. Using high ozone UV beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, namely reactive oxygen species. Reactive oxygen species combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Ozone has an oxidizing effect on organic matter decomposed by ultraviolet beam irradiation, and has a good elimination effect on odorous gases and other irritating odors.

3. By using high-energy UV beams to break down the molecular bonds of bacteria in odorous gases, the nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria is destroyed, and then ozone oxidation is used to completely achieve deodorization and kill bacteria.
