The SS-DM plastic film series blow molding unit is developed with the introduction of Japanese technology and combined with China's national conditions. It is mainly used for producing black and white (silver white) two-color plastic film and agricultural film, which effectively solves the problems of product mixing, unclear color boundaries, uneven thickness, and easy tearing at the joints that exist in various units. After some modifications to the mold head, double-layer film production can also be carried out. After multiple improvements, the product has been designed reasonably, with a compact structure and easy operation. Especially after changing the frequency and speed regulation of the main motor and reconfiguring the unit, the efficiency has been improved and energy consumption has been reduced, making the overall performance more advanced and reasonable. Full frequency conversion and various special configurations can also be carried out according to user requirements. The structural features adopt two extruders of different sizes, with a more reasonable configuration. The extruder adopts a new high-efficiency screw die head and a center feeding spiral flow channel lotus shaped material flow distributor for cooling. The low air pressure and high air volume fan are used for the coiling machine, which adopts a friction type and is equipped with an intermediate slitting device. The unit is also equipped with an automatic length counting and slitting device. The main motor and upper traction motor change frequency control, making it more energy-saving and stable.
Product Introduction
Double color film, also known as color matching film, is a strip-shaped structure composed of white film and black (or silver) film spaced apart to meet the lighting requirements of different seasons, plants, and planting row spacing. The advantages of color matching film: black and white alternation, with the advantages of two types of film, has a warming function for early spring crops. Plants planted under transparent film can increase temperature under light, which is beneficial for root growth. Adjust the temperature of the root system in different seasons, and in summer, the root system grows under the black film at an appropriate temperature. Autumn crops are planted under black film to avoid excessive root temperature. In late autumn, roots grow under white film and use light to increase temperature to avoid frostbite. Black film has low light transmittance, which can effectively inhibit weed growth, reduce pesticide use, promote early maturity of crops, and improve yield and quality. Applied to crops such as tobacco, cotton, peanuts, etc., it can increase yield by 10% to 20%.
