Box Structure
1) This equipment consists of a chamber body, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system, protection system, trolley track system, etc.
2) The box is made with equipment, craftsmanship, smooth lines, and is beautiful and elegant.
3) The inner box is made of stainless steel material 202 with a thickness of 1.0mm, and the outer box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with special surface treatment and baking paint treatment, which is durable, beautiful and generous.
4) The insulation material between the inner and outer boxes is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, with an insulation layer thickness of ≥ 70mm, good insulation effect, and a high-performance insulation structure. There is an inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber, aluminum reflective aluminum foil, and air interlayer from inside to outside, with less heat loss in the inner cavity. The unique mechanism of the inner and outer compartments, as well as the door and bladder, greatly reduces the heat transfer from the inner cavity.
5) High performance sealing materials and unique rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, with good sealing, high temperature resistance and aging resistance.
6) The air duct inside the box adopts a dual circulation system, consisting of a stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The heat of the electric heater placed at the top of the box is circulated horizontally from right to left through the circulating air duct, which can fully circulate the hot air and achieve uniform temperature inside the box. Improved the ability of air flow heating and significantly improved the drying capacity of the drying oven.
7) The top of the oven is equipped with an exhaust port with mechanical valve control, which can be connected to an external exhaust pipeline to discharge volatile gases inside the box to the outside (provide exhaust port joint drawings before product shipment).

Note: Work procedure requirement: After the product is sent to the drying oven. The first program: Within 1 hour, the temperature should rise from room temperature to 200 ℃.
