Introduction to tank fluidization transportation method
This method is usually suitable for shorter pipeline distances and very fine and non abrasive powder materials, such as talcum powder, flour, calcium carbonate, etc. The fluidized transmission system mainly consists of a fluidized transmission tank, an electrical control system, and a conveying pipeline.
The fluidized sending tank uses fluidized nozzles during the conveying process to "flow" the material, eliminating internal blockages and increasing the flow rate, making the powdered material conveyed like a liquid.

working principle
During the feeding process, the material is added to the sending tank by gravity through a bell jar valve, double butterfly valve, or expansion butterfly valve. The displaced air is released through an exhaust valve, making feeding easier. Once the sending tank is filled (indicated by the level gauge or weighing indicating that the material has reached 80% of the tank volume), the feed valve and exhaust valve immediately close and seal automatically. Then, high-pressure gas is gradually added through the top of the sending tank and the fluidization nozzle. The gas added to the tank mixes with the material, and when the pressure inside the tank reaches the set value, the discharge valve is automatically opened. At this time, the material is pressurized in a flowing state in the conveying pipeline until both the sending tank and the conveying pipeline are completely emptied. When the pressure inside the sending tank drops to zero, the gas supply valve is closed, and the remaining gas is also discharged from the sending tank and delivery pipeline.

The characteristic of this system is high gas flow and low conveying pressure throughout the entire conveying process.
