In the production process of dry-type transformers, the processes of preheating the iron core, pre drying the coil, drying the coil coating, and curing the epoxy resin are crucial and directly affect the quality of the transformer. Therefore, high requirements are placed on the temperature uniformity of the curing furnace and the reliability of the control system.
The transformer specific curing furnace has the advantages of good temperature uniformity, multiple flexible air supply methods, mature and reliable control system, and beautiful appearance. It has been widely used in dry-type transformer and transformer production enterprises nationwide.

Main performance characteristics:
1. Adopting an intelligent digital program temperature controller for temperature control, PID parameter self-tuning, solid-state relay power adjustment, contactless continuous adjustment, automatic completion of the entire drying process, capable of meeting the requirements of any curing curve, easy operation, and reliable performance; Selecting domestic and foreign electrical control components to achieve optimal reliability of the electric control part of the curing furnace;
2. Equipped with an independent over temperature alarm system, it can automatically cut off the heating power supply and issue sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal;
3. Choose a reasonable hot air circulation method (bottom heating horizontal air supply, side heating vertical air supply, etc.) according to the different placement of the baked products, to make the temperature in the studio more uniform and achieve better drying and curing effects of the coils;
4. The bottom of the oven is equipped with tracks, and the trolley is manually pulled in and out on the tracks, making it easy to enter and exit;
5. Using sealed electric heating tubes for heating, anti-oxidation, stable performance, and long service life;
6. The box is equipped with explosion-proof doors, which can minimize losses in case of accidents;
7. The bottom is laid with tracks and equipped with one track walking manual trolley;
8. Realize manual/automatic conversion within the process temperature range, with timed intermittent forced exhaust function;
9. The insulation material adopts high-quality insulation cotton with low thermal conductivity, which has a significant energy-saving effect;
According to user requirements, the following functions can be optionally selected: 
1. The control cabinet can be selected according to user requirements, such as independent [purchased parts], wall mounted, connected, etc. for independent control or nearby control;
2. The temperature recorder records the temperature curve of the entire working process, and can be used with or without a paper recorder;
2. A set of low-voltage lighting system is installed inside, and the door is equipped with an observation window, which can observe the solidification status of the workpiece at any time;
3. Computer centralized control system, one computer can remotely control the temperature control program setting, temperature curve recording and other functions of multiple drying ovens, with convenient operation and reliable control;
4. There are tracks laid at the bottom, and different trolley driving methods such as manual drive, motor self drive, and traction trolley drive can be selected according to the weight of the baked products;
5. Electrical control adopts touch screen PLC control
