Structural characteristics of trailer loader
The trailer loader includes wheels, traction beams, frame, hydraulic device, bucket with shovel mechanism, support mechanism, and frame lifting adjustment mechanism.
Operating procedures for trailer loader
Check the safety hazards of the working face and the smoothness of the road, and promptly deal with any problems.
Check the oil level of the hydraulic system oil tank and ensure it is not lower than the oil gauge.
Check whether the lubrication condition of each lubrication point is good.
Check if the brake fluid and tire pressure are sufficient, and if the wheel rims are loose.
Check if the cable fixing point is secure and if the grounding wire is intact.
When the trailer loader retreats, the angle between the body axis and the discharged towing cable should be avoided to be less than 90 ℃. When moving forward, the remaining cables on the drum should be ensured to have3Circle above to prevent damage to the cable or detachment of the slip ring device.
When going uphill or downhill, the bucket end always points towards the bottom of the slope. In dangerous situations, the bucket can be lowered to help stop the loader.
When encountering faults or wrapping cable interfaces, disconnect the main power supply first and prohibit electrical work.
