2、 Equipment operation method and precautions:

1. Firstly, adjust the horizontal and vertical levels of the equipment and fix it with foot screws to ensure smooth operation and precision in workpiece processing.

2. Install the mold corresponding to the required processing materials.

3. Check the electrical circuit of the equipment and turn on the power to test whether the equipment is running properly. If there is any abnormal sound, stop the vehicle immediately and ask professional personnel to troubleshoot before use.

4. To ensure safety, the connection between the equipment and the external power supply, as well as the connection of the control cabinet, must be completed by professional electricians.

5. Place the processed workpiece into the mold and adjust the guide mechanism and feeding mechanism. Then turn on the forming mechanism and adjust the R of the workpiece to meet the processing requirements.
