1、 Overview
A power transmitter is a device that converts measured power parameters (such as DC current, DC voltage, AC current, AC voltage signal) into DC current, DC voltage, and isolates and outputs analog signals.
2、 Technical parameters (the product complies with the national standard GB/13850-1998)
3、 Dimensions and wiring diagram
4、 Precautions
The transmitter needs to be preheated for 30 minutes before precision measurement can be performed.
2. The wiring of signal input, transmission output, and auxiliary power supply must be correct.
3. To calibrate the instrument, it should be at level 0.1 in order to ensure accurate calibration.
4. The marked and placed potentiometers are used for transmitter calibration, and should not be calibrated without standard instruments or by non professionals.
When the auxiliary power supply is DC, the input signal and the auxiliary power supply cannot be grounded together, otherwise the transmitter will burn out.
five、Common problems and solutions
1、The instrument of the three-phase multifunctional transmitter does not send back data during use
If this problem occurs during the use of our three-phase multifunctional transmitter, we must first check whether the communication setting information of the instrument in use is consistent with the required information. If the problem is caused by the inconsistency between the setting information and the requirements, we need to reset the information of this instrument. If the setting information is consistent with the required settings, then we need to check whether the line connections of the communication bus are accurate or if there is any looseness.
2、The instrument of the three-phase multifunctional transmitter sends back incorrect data during use
If there is an error in the data feedback of the instrument during use, our users should carefully read the instructions about the data in the user manual and reset it according to the requirements. If the data returned after resetting is still incorrect, we need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
3、If the measurement of the three-phase multifunctional transmitter is aboutU、I、PWait for inaccuracy
When encountering this issue with a three-phase multifunctional transmitter, we need to first confirm whether the voltage and current signals are connected to the instrument. Of course, we can use a multimeter to measure the voltage signal or a clamp meter to measure the current signal. After confirming that all signal lines have been connected to the instrument, you can also check if the connection method of the signal lines is correct, because the connection of this signal line is very prone to some errors. If there is an error in the phase sequence, it can also cause such errors in the instrument, so we must pay more attention when using it.
