1、 Product Introduction
This thermal shock test chamber is a three box type thermal shock test chamber used to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand continuous environments of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, in order to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time. The applicable objects include materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, electronics, etc., which can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.
2、 Product Features
The three box equipment is divided into three parts: high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and testing zone. The test products are placed in the testing zone, and the high temperature zone or low temperature zone is balanced. The test products are dynamic.
Adopting a touch based graphical control interface, the operation is simple.
The impact method applies the air path switching method to import the temperature into the testing area for conducting cold and hot impact tests.
During high or low temperature impact, the maximum time can reach 999H and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
The system can be used as an automatic loop engine or a manual selective impact.
The cooling system adopts a binary freezing system, which has a fast cooling effect and is air-cooled.

Control refrigeration system: Adopting static balance technology, namely the static balance method of "cooling process without heating" and "heating process without cooling", which is different from the traditional dynamic balance technology of "cold hot dynamic balance" for high-power refrigeration against high-power heating.
