When the concentration of the solution reaches saturation, the solute in the solution gradually precipitates (i.e. crystallizes), and the crystals gather in the elution leg. The discharge state is a crystal slurry containing water, which is pumped into a centrifuge or filter press for solid-liquid separation. The separated solid crystals can be recycled, sold, or processed for other purposes. The separated saturated mother liquor can be pumped back into the system for further evaporation.

The secondary steam generated by the first effect can be used as the heating medium for the second effect, and the secondary steam of the second effect can be used as the heating medium for the third effect. The final unused secondary steam enters the condenser and is condensed into liquid under the action of external circulating cooling water.
