Purpose: Used to measure the thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature of thermoplastic materials and thermoplastic pipe fittings.

Performance characteristics
Using a high-precision digital micrometer imported from Switzerland as the deformation measuring element for the sample, with high accuracy and good stability, fully ensuring the accuracy of the test data;
The connecting rod of the sample holder and the load rod are made of low expansion alloy with the same diameter and material, which can minimize the deformation of the sample holder and improve the accuracy of the test results;
◎ Equipped with automatic lifting function for the sample rack, driven by a linear motor with strong load-bearing capacity and smooth operation;
Each sample is equipped with a temperature sensor PT100 to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results;
◎ Can simultaneously perform two types of tests: thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature;
◎ There are water cooling, natural cooling and other methods to choose from according to user needs;
Equipped with multiple safety protection devices to ensure the safety of testing equipment and operators;
Specialized testing software with powerful functions, user-friendly interface, and easy operation.
