When the temperature deviation is 0.5 ℃, some liquids have viscosity values that deviate by more than 5%, and temperature deviation has a significant impact on viscosity. As the temperature increases, viscosity decreases. So special attention should be paid to keeping the temperature of the measured liquid constant near the specified temperature point, and for accurate measurements, it is best not to exceed 0.1 ℃ For this purpose, our company specializes in producing constant temperature cups and baths to be used in conjunction with DHJ series viscometers.

precautions
1. The constant temperature bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench;
2. No vibration, no harmful gases;
3. The room temperature should be relatively stable and not fluctuate rapidly, otherwise it will affect the temperature control accuracy; The room temperature should be around 25 ℃, especially for constant temperature baths at -40 ℃, -65 ℃, and -80 ℃. Excessive room temperature can affect compressor heat dissipation, reduce refrigeration efficiency, and easily cause malfunctions;
4. The constant temperature bath should be regularly maintained, especially if the cooling rate slows down after working for a period of time. The plastic mesh plate of the constant temperature bath should be removed to remove dust from the compressor and heat dissipation plate.
