The sieve mesh of the φ 200 series standard inspection screen is a metal wire woven mesh, with mesh requirements of GB6003.1-1997 and GB6003.2-1997 Installed in a tapping type standard screening machine or standard screening machine, it is used to grade the particle size composition of various powder materials. (II)Basic structure of the φ 200 series standard inspection sieve:
1. The standard inspection screen frame is made of SUS304 (0Cr18ni9) stainless steel stretch polished, with a wall thickness of 0.6 millimeters and a surface that is visible. The overall molding is sturdy and durable, without magnetism. The standard inspection screen mesh and the standard inspection screen frame are fixed by soldering and will not loosen. Capable of withstanding temperatures below 300 degrees Celsius.
2. The standard inspection sieve mesh is accurate, and the same specification mesh produced at different times is consistent because it is marked according to the mesh. The metal wire woven standard sieve has a mesh size of up to 0.02 millimeters (20 microns) for square holes and up to 0.005 millimeters (5 microns) for triangular holes. The standard sieve mesh is woven according to the B6003.1-1997 standard. Compliant with international standards ISO3310-1:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series, the standard inspection screen mesh material includes brass H80, stainless steel SUS304, and can be electroplated. Chemical processing can make the screen surface smooth and wear-resistant. At the same time, the warp and weft wire nodes are fixed together, and the mesh will not deform after long-term use. For example, the mesh size of China's No. 140 sieve is 106 microns, and the mesh size of the United States' No. 140 Taylor sieve is 150 microns. We can produce according to user requirements Users can choose a 105 micron sieve to match the corresponding Taylor sieve, which can meet the requirements for both mesh size and appearance.

(3)Operation method of the φ 200 series standard inspection sieve:
1. The standard inspection sieve should be placed horizontally; Confirm that the power supply and nameplate requirements match, and ensure grounding; The vibrating part cannot come into contact with other objects; Are all bolts tightened.
2. Determine the standard inspection sieve frame to be selected based on the inspected material and corresponding standards.
3. Stack the standard inspection sieve frame on the sieve frame base in ascending order of aperture, from bottom to top.
4. Place the inspected material into the top standard inspection sieve frame, cover it with the upper cover of the standard inspection sieve, adjust the height of the adjustment rod according to the total height of the standard inspection sieve frame, and then use a pressure plate and locking nut to position and press the standard sieve frame (note: the force on both sides should be consistent).
5. Set the running time on the timer based on the material properties and feeding amount, then turn on the power switch, and the standard inspection screen will start working.
6. After the standard test screen stops working, unscrew the locking nut, remove the pressure plate, and carefully remove the standard screen frame.
7. Cut off the power supply.
