Free space terahertz transmitter (terahertz photoconductive antenna)
The terahertz transmitter in free space is packaged with a photoconductive antenna and a high impedance silicon lens. We usually use GaAs (LT) produced at low temperatures-GaAs)Alternatively, GaBiAs can be used as a photoconductive material. Different photoconductive materials are suitable for different excitation wavelengths.
