usage method:
▲ Place the box in place, adjust the level, connect the ground wire, let it stand still for 24 hours, add clean water to the water tank until the water level exceeds the heating tube.
Open the box door and take out the humidifier. Open the side door, place the humidifier on the upper tray, remove the transparent water tank, turn it counterclockwise, unscrew the water tank cover, fill it with clean water (distilled water is suitable), screw on the water tank cover after adding water, put it back into the humidifier body, then press the humidifier nozzle on, and insert the humidifier plug into the socket inside the side door. Turn on the power switch and adjust the spray knob to the large position. The temperature and humidity of the temperature controller in the maintenance box have been adjusted before leaving the factory.
▲ Connect the power supply to start the instrument working. When the temperature and humidity inside the box reach the given value, put the specimen in. Heating and cooling are strictly prohibited from being carried out simultaneously.

​Structural principle:
The box is made of two layers, inner and outer, consisting of an outer box and an inner box. The outer box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the inner box is made of stainless steel plate, and the shelves are made of stainless steel profiles, with good corrosion resistance. The water tank below the inner box is used for heating and auxiliary humidification. The humidification system mainly uses ultrasonic humidification instruments, supplemented by water heating and evaporation. The automatic control system is controlled by temperature and humidity control instruments to cool according to the given temperature and humidity, and automatically switch between heating and humidification. The temperature and humidity inside the box are displayed digitally by the instruments.

Temperature and humidity control:

Temperature control: When the temperature inside the box is lower than the lower limit set value of the temperature controller, the temperature controller outputs a heating signal to command the electric heating element to start working. Conversely, when the temperature is higher than the upper limit set value, the temperature controller commands the refrigeration system to work. When the temperature inside the box reaches the required value, it automatically stops heating or cooling.
Humidity control: Ultrasonic humidifier is used for humidification, which can ensure that the humidity inside the box reaches ≥ 95%. The humidification device is automatically controlled by a temperature controller. When the humidity is less than 95%, the temperature controller commands the humidifier to work. After reaching the hysteresis value, it automatically stops working. The hysteresis value should be adjusted to 0-1 ℃ and should not be too large.
