The TW-10129S lamp pulse voltage tester is a pulse voltage wave testing device with a rising edge of 0.5s, oscillation period of 10s, and adjacent peak attenuation rate of 60%. The instrument has a wavefront time of 1.2 seconds and a wavefront time of 50 seconds. The instrument specifications comply with the requirements of IEC60598-2-12 and GB 7000.212 standards, which state that lamps installed in power sockets with electroluminescent panels should be able to withstand surge voltages.

This instrument is a high-voltage generator with high voltage and energy. If it comes into contact with high voltage, it poses a great danger and endangers personal safety. The power supply of the instrument must be reliably grounded, and this manual must be carefully read before use. Be extremely careful when using, and always pay attention to personal safety. During the operation of the instrument (when the running light is on), do not touch the 1H and 2H high-voltage output terminals, output lead clips, and test samples to avoid electric shock.
To ensure the reliable operation of the instrument, the power supply of the instrument also needs to be reliably grounded. It is strictly prohibited to conduct high-voltage impact tests without a grounding wire. Because thousands of volts of voltage can damage low-voltage control and detection units.
When the instrument malfunctions and needs maintenance, it should be carried out by professional personnel. When opening the box for maintenance, the high-voltage capacitor should be discharged with a grounding wire before proceeding to avoid electric shock.
