- Detailed Introduction
-Product Overview:
The TU5 series turbidity meter is a newly developed turbidity equipment by Hash Company, which includes laboratory turbidity meters and online turbidity meters. The TU5200 desktop turbidity meter is a laboratory turbidity meter in the TU5 series. It has a unique 360 ° x 90 ° turbidity detection technology that is groundbreaking in history, ensuring the TU5 series laboratory and online data match, and is widely applicable to applications such as tap water, electricity, beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc.
-Working principle:
The laser emitted by the TU5 series turbidity meter is injected into the sample and the scattered light generated by suspended particles in the sample is measured. Scattered light at a 90 degree angle to the incident beam passes through a conical mirror and surrounds the sample 360 degrees before being detected by a transmitted light detector. Scattered light is directly proportional to suspended particles in water samples. If the sample contains tiny suspended particles, only a small amount of scattered light will be detected by the detector, resulting in a lower turbidity value. On the contrary, large suspended particles will form strong scattered light, resulting in higher turbidity values.
-Main performance characteristics and advantages:
The TU5 series online and laboratory equipment use the same optical path and detection technology to eliminate various uncertainties in measurement and ensure read value matching
Unique 360 ° x 90 ° optical path design and detection technology ensure accuracy and repeatability in low turbidity measurements
No need to use silicone oil and oil cloth to wipe the sample bottle, reducing the number of testing steps and minimizing errors that may be introduced by human operation
7-inch color touch screen, Chinese interface, more intuitive and convenient operation
Ethernet interface, capable of connecting to a local area network for identification
3 USB interfaces, which can be connected to external storage devices or printers to achieve functions such as data input/output and printing
Supports single point calibration within the range of 0-40 NTU, making the calibration process more time-saving and labor-saving
● Different levels of encryption permissions can be set to ensure the security of testing
