TSK-GEL SW series gel chromatographic column
The packing of TSK-GEL SW series chromatography column is made of rigid spherical silica gel as the matrix, and hydrophilic groups are chemically bonded on its surface through covalent bonds. The packing of TSK-GEL SW series chromatography columns has the necessary properties for high-performance size exclusion chromatography, namely low adsorption and good pore size distribution; Its pH range is 2.5-7.5, and it can use organic solvents that are completely miscible with water, such as acetonitrile, acetone, methanol, or ethanol. The TSK-GEL SW series chromatography column is suitable for analyzing and separating protein and peptide samples, and there are numerous literature reports on other applications. The structure of analytical chromatography columns can be made of glass or stainless steel material.

TSK-GEL PW series gel chromatographic column
The packing material of the TSK-GELPW series chromatography column is a hydrophilic and rigid polymer with excellent chemical and mechanical properties, and a porous spherical shape. It is suitable for analyzing and separating proteins, peptides, polysaccharides, oligosaccharides DNA、RNA、 Water soluble organic polymers and other water-soluble macromolecular samples. The general pH range for the TSW-GELPW system to chromatographic columns is 2-12, and a mixed organic solvent containing 50% can be used as the mobile phase. The operating temperature can reach 80 ℃ (TSK gel G-DNA-PW is 50 ℃). Although most TSK-GEL PW fillers exhibit weak negativity (approximately 5-8 μ eq/mL), they have no effect on the analysis and separation of non-ionic, anionic, and most cationic samples. Because TSK-GELPW packing has a very wide separation range, a more linear calibration curve, and much lower adsorption characteristics than TSK-GELSW chromatography columns, TSK-GEL PW chromatography columns are often used to separate water-soluble synthetic polymers.
