product overview:

TQ-813 tuning fork online viscometer is a professional online viscometer developed by our company for ship heating and oil supply systems and large mechanical lubrication systems. The product is also suitable for low viscosity materials.
In ship and power applications, the TQ-813 tuning fork online viscometer is a major innovation in the measurement and control of heavy fuel oil (HFO) used in engines, turbines, and burners. Through multivariate design, the TQ-813 online viscometer can accurately measure viscosity, density, and temperature in real-time, making true kinematic viscosity analysis possible.
The instrument integrates the above parameters to form a complete transmitter, with a standard configuration of two analog outputs.
Product features:
● No movable parts - reduce maintenance workload
Continuous measurement of viscosity, density, and temperature
● Reference viscosity and density measurement
User configurable 4-20 mA output
● MODBUS can output all parameters
Sensors with PFA coating can resist the adhesion of products/asphalt
The adapter is suitable for ship viscometers using existing technology
Product advantages:
Dynamic viscosity and kinematic viscosity
Accurate online measurement of reference viscosity and density
More reliable: no movable parts or seals
Direct insertion into the pipeline or installation of capillary viscometer can be adopted
Stronger ability to resist blockage and impurities
good repeatability
