1. TPY adopts an on-demand manufacturing approach, completely based on customer requirements and on-site survey and measurement results by engineers for prefabrication, customizing shafts and inlet/outlet ports that meet customer needs.
2. After the installation of internal equipment such as water pumps, Geshan, valve pipelines, and electrical equipment, they can be shipped directly to the site for lifting on the day of shipment, effectively solving various problems that may arise during the construction and operation of pump stations.
3. Optimization of shell strength. The casing of TPY has undergone comprehensive FEA strength finite element analysis, including static analysis, fatigue life analysis, water impact force analysis, etc., to achieve overall structural and design optimization, greatly increasing the overall strength of the pump station casing, effectively preventing leakage and cracking, and enabling the pump station to operate stably in harsh external environments for a long time.
4. Bottom CFD calculation of fluid dynamics. It can resist water pressure without deformation, and only allows a small amount of sewage to stay in the pump pit during each drainage. The special bottom structure can also achieve automatic cleaning at the same time, avoiding frequent manual dredging and effectively preventing odor.
5. Intelligent optimization control system. TPY adopts an integrated control system specifically designed for pump stations, which can control 1-4 pumps to operate normally. Its functions include start stop, overcurrent measurement, fault warning and alarm, backwashing, control panel support, wireless data communication, etc.
6. Project specific independent design. Based on the actual situation of each project, Pacific Pump independently designs the specifications, inlet and outlet positions, pipe diameters, hydraulic components, grilles, ventilation systems, and deodorization devices of the pump station according to the design drawings and on-site survey results, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources for each project.
7. The remote control TPY is equipped with a centrally managed database and network server. Users can log in to the user interface of the remote monitoring management system at any time and anywhere by using smart phones and computers with Internet access to understand the operating conditions of the pump station, such as operating time, instrument values, reports, alarms, etc.
