TP-SN3 desulfurizer is prepared by impregnating high-quality activated carbon with alkali metals. It has a large specific surface area and also contains large, medium, small, and microporous structures. It can effectively remove hydrogen sulfide at room temperature and partially remove COS. If used in conjunction with a hydrolysis agent, it can more effectively protect the service life of single or combined alcohol catalysts for desulfurization.

1. Appearance: Black cylindrical body, Φ 4 × 5-8mm
2. Bulk density: 0.65~0.70g/ml
3. Strength: ≥ 8kg/cm (lateral pressure)

2、 Process conditions
1. The H/Φ ratio of catalyst loading is ≥ 3
2. Under the condition of 50-60 ℃, it can convert and refine COS
3. Can effectively remove H2S at room temperature
4. Operating pressure: atmospheric pressure~2MPa
5. Imported total sulfur: less than 1-100ppm
6. Total sulfur export: less than 0.1ppm

3、 Packaging, transportation, and storage
This product is packaged in cardboard drums (iron drums) lined with plastic bags to prevent moisture absorption and chemical pollution.
During transportation and loading/unloading, rolling and collision should be avoided.
Stored in a dry warehouse and sealed for three years without affecting its performance
