The four corners between the base and the upper workbench are equipped with modules that combine cross type LM wire rails, cross roller bearings, and precision ball screws. By adopting such a unique structure, a precise alignment platform with ultra-thin structure has been achieved.

Precision XY Platform DX Type

The guiding part uses a cross LM guide rail CSR type, and the driving ball screw is arranged on the outer side of the CSR type, which is a hollow XY worktable without a middle saddle. Because the four sides of the high rigidity frame between the hollow upper workbench and the hollow base are configured with cross LM guide rail CSR type, it is a simple, high rigidity, and low height structure.

Precision XY platform EX type

Due to the use of cross LM track CSR type, there is no need to construct a simple XY worktable with a middle saddle. By adopting a special structure that fixes the two axis motor, the weight of the action part is reduced to the limit of lightweight, and the inertia force of each XY axis can be controlled, thus having superior high-speed responsiveness.
