The TH bucket elevator uses the frictional force between the sprocket and the circular chain to transmit power, especially when the friction between the sprocket and the chain cannot match each other, and the sprocket and the chain produce relative sliding, the wear of the sprocket is intensified. Therefore, the sprocket is a vulnerable part. Reasonable materials and heat treatment processes should be selected for sprockets to ensure the hardness and wear resistance of the wheel rim.
