Scope of application:
The TH-150 intelligent medium flow total suspended particulate matter (particle) sampler is a new type of medium flow particulate matter/gas combination sampler developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. Adopting a new energy-saving brushless pump (which has obtained an invention patent), the built-in battery can maintain a continuous flow rate of 100L/min, and can complete sampling without stopping after the mains power is cut off. It is an ideal instrument for environmental assessment and on-site monitoring.
Instrument features:
The three sampling flow rates are all automatic constant flow and digital flow display, which avoids the disadvantages of using a rotary flowmeter for gas sampling, such as manual adjustment of flow rate, inaccurate flow rate, and float descent;
Adopting original imported built-in vacuum pump, high reliability and strong load resistance;
Configure imported flow sensors to detect sampling flow, and the microcontroller automatically compensates for flow changes caused by voltage and resistance changes, making flow measurement more accurate;
The instrument can achieve simultaneous or separate sampling of one path of particulate matter and two paths of gaseous pollutants;
4.3-inch color touch screen display and operation, clear and visible under sunlight;
The three channels automatically accumulate the sampling volume and standard volume of the working conditions, and the three channels can set the sampling time and sampling flow rate separately;
Equipped with software calibration function, the instrument flow rate, temperature, atmospheric pressure and other parameters can be easily calibrated through the touch screen;
The instrument has storage, query, and printing functions (printer is optional), and each channel can store 200 sets separately;
The instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry;
The instrument is equipped with a DC battery that can work for more than 20 hours (only for particulate matter sampling, domestic glass fiber filter membrane, flow rate of 100L/min). Meet the requirement of 24-hour valid samples;
There is an external power interface.
