A large number of low-pressure boilers with a capacity of 0.13Mpa and below are used in various industrial and mining enterprises, and there are also a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in power plant thermal systems, such as back pressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary air extractors, steam turbine oil pumps, continuous and periodic boiler discharge, etc. The above equipment is equipped with a lightweight and easy to install muffler according to the requirements of the exhaust pipe. We have designed specialized TDb type back pressure steam turbine exhaust silencers, TDy type deaerator silencers, and other series of noise reduction products for different noise reduction targets, which can meet the requirements of users.

This muffler is developed based on the principle of composite noise reduction of resistance, spray, and resistance. It has the advantages of large noise reduction, small volume, light weight, stainless steel made noise reduction cylinder, low corrosion resistance, and easy installation.
 
Currently, in order to suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure airflow, there are various types of mufflers in the world, most of which use multi-stage throttling to reduce pressure. Due to their complex structure, heavy weight, and difficulty in maintenance, their application scope is limited. Our company's muffler overcomes the above shortcomings and is designed based on reasonable noise reduction principles. After passing through a controlled flow in the muffler, high-pressure steam enters the pressure reducing body and undergoes large volume expansion to form low steam, which is then sprayed out. During this process, some of the internal energy in the airflow is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency, greatly reducing its noise. 2-4 energy dissipation and sound suppression inner tanks are centrally arranged in an injection and mixed flow noise reduction shell, and the inner tank shells can move vertically and horizontally to absorb the thermal expansion of the exhaust pipe. A double-layer structure soundproof cover is designed outside the pressure reducing body. It is designed based on the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the voltage regulator to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-42 decibels.
 
TD, TDb, TDy type low-pressure steam mufflers are mainly used for steam silencing of low-pressure boilers with a pressure of 0.13Mpa or below in the power generation sector. It is also widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, etc. for the noise reduction of exhaust steam emissions from low-pressure boilers with a pressure of 0.13Mpa or below.
 
Muffler is a device that prevents sound propagation and allows airflow to pass through, and is an important measure to eliminate steam emission power noise. To evaluate the quality of exhaust mufflers, the following three aspects should be considered:

Principle of muffler
 
TD, TDb, and TDy low-pressure steam mufflers are manufactured based on the principle of micro perforated plate noise reduction. Steam emissions from power plant boilers generally have high flow rates, which have a significant impact on small hole noise reduction. Therefore, we need to control the flow first. After a flow control, the steam enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After a large volume of pressure reduction, the steam is formed into low-pressure steam spray. During this process, the airflow is sprayed out through a small aperture, and the sound power of each octave band is reduced after spraying. The frequency of the sound pressure level is pushed up to above 20000Hz, and its noise is greatly reduced. However, secondary noise at some frequencies still needs to be further reduced. We have installed a resistive sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is based on the pressure reducing body. The spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted are designed to effectively absorb the residual noise.
