Purpose and Characteristics
T701 room temperature iron oxide desulfurizer is widely used for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from various gas sources such as coke oven gas, liquefied gas, chemical feed gas, biogas, and carbon dioxide in small and medium-sized synthetic ammonia plants, urban gas, and industrial gas.
The chemical reaction of desulfurization is as follows:
3H 2 S+Fe 2 O 3 .H 2 O→Fe 2 S 3 .H 2 O+3H 2 O+Q
The sulfur content of various gases after desulfurization by desulfurizers can be reduced to below IPPm.
T701 type iron oxide desulfurizer is a new and efficient dry gas ambient temperature desulfurizer with strong adaptability. It can maintain high activity and sulfur capacity under normal temperature, pressure or pressure conditions, and has the characteristics of high water vapor resistance, small amount of carbon black and coal tar under harsh conditions.
