The main purpose of the T35 axial flow fan is to replace the 30K4 type, which was introduced in the 1950s from the former Soviet Union and analyzed and compared with similar foreign products. Through model experiments, the fan airfoil was determined, and a cylindrical hub structure was adopted. The electric motor was modified to reduce flow losses structurally, thus increasing the fan efficiency to 77% based on the circular area and 89.58% based on the outlet ring area. The noise to A-level was reduced by 3.6dB, and the strength at the blade root was enhanced to avoid blade fracture.

The BT35 explosion-proof axial flow fan, due to its adoption of explosion-proof measures and the use of explosion-proof motors, can be used as a general explosion-proof ventilation equipment in non corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases. The T35 BT35 axial flow fan can be used for ventilation and heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residential areas. If the casing is removed, it can be used as a free fan. It can also be installed in series at intervals in longer exhaust pipes to increase the air pressure in the pipes.

This series of products is divided into 13 machine numbers according to different impeller diameters, arranged in sequence as No.2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, etc. Each machine number can be installed at 5 angles, including 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, and 35 °.

This series of products adopts a direct connection structure where the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. Under the condition that the circumferential speed of the impeller does not exceed 60m/s, three speeds are used: 2900r/min, 1450r/min, and 960r/min. The impeller rotates counterclockwise when facing the inlet direction, and the inlet direction is at the end of the impeller.

The gas passing through the T35 BT35 fan should be non corrosive and free of significant dust, and its temperature should not exceed 40 ℃. BFT35 fan can pass various corrosive gases (without any dust), and its temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.

All ventilation fans undergo operation tests before leaving the factory to ensure smooth operation.

BFT35 fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, collector, etc., all of which are made of fiberglass. The bracket is made of profiles and connected to the air duct.

The collector section consists of a collector flange and a collector. The air collector is a curved streamline that reduces the loss of airflow at the inlet and is made of thin steel plate.

Performance and Selection

The performance of the fan in the performance table refers to the air performance under standard conditions (temperature 20 ℃, relative humidity 50%, atmospheric pressure 101.3 × 103Pa, gas density 1.2kg/m ³). If the ventilation fan operates in non-standard conditions, its performance needs to be converted. To change its fan speed, its performance can be converted according to relevant formulas.
