1、 Product Overview
The WPJ-W5 microcomputer controlled shock absorber indicator fatigue comprehensive test bench is mainly used for indicator testing and fatigue life testing of cylindrical shock absorbers and dampers used in automobiles, sedans, and other motor vehicles. The whole machine has a reasonable structure, simple and reliable, accurate and convenient adjustment of test space and test stroke; The specimen clamping is convenient and reliable; The whole machine runs smoothly and is easy to maintain and upkeep.
The speed of this shock absorber dynamometer is 1m/s, and speed parameters can be set freely below this speed.

2、 Scheme description
1Host
The host is mainly composed of four parts: rack, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. The rack consists of columns, workbenches, excitation tables, upper crossbeams, screw lifting mechanisms, and bases. The columns, workbenches, excitation tables, upper crossbeams, and screw lifting mechanisms are installed together and stably mounted on the base; The tested shock absorber is installed between the excitation table and the worktable through a fixture, and the amplitude is adjusted to meet the requirements of specimens of different sizes and specifications. By replacing the fixture, the requirements of specimens with different installation methods are met.
2Loading mechanism
The loading mechanism is a mechanical structure mainly composed of a crank connecting rod mechanism, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into linear reciprocating motion in the vertical direction; By adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of linear reciprocating motion can be adjusted to achieve the required test stroke of the test piece.
3Transmission system
The transmission mechanism consists of a variable frequency motor and a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed through the frequency converter, the test frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0~1m/s.
4Test fixtures
The test fixture is designed and produced based on the structure of the shock absorber, which is the sample. It ensures the accuracy of the experiment and allows for quick loading and unloading.
5Sensor:
5.1 Load sensor, spoke type, (DC) range ± 10kN, filtering capacity 150%. Place it at the front end of the actuator.
5.2 Before leaving the factory, the sensor calibration is completed.
6Main functional features:
6.1 The amplitude and frequency of the shock absorber can be freely adjusted.
6.2 Vibration frequency and frequency digital display.
6.3 Automatic shutdown with preset test times for higher efficiency.
