The GT-2 glove leak detector is a specialized leak detection device designed to check the integrity of gloves. It does not require any additional equipment, has a fast leak detection speed, reduces the number of inspectors and labor intensity, and improves production efficiency.

GT-2 glove leak detectorWorking principle: An inflation pump is used to compress air, and the compressed gas is injected into the glove through an electromagnetic valve. When the inflation pressure inside the glove reaches the set value, the inflation pump stops working and the system begins to enter a pressure holding state;
The pressure holding process refers to the equipment timing and holding pressure for 30 seconds from the end of inflation, and the pressure is maintained above 1500Pa, which is considered to be a qualified value for testing the glove. The pressure holding curve graph will be displayed on the screen.

2. Press the device power button to start the device and enter the work interface;

3. Press the 'F3' button to start inflating the first position. At this time, the gloves are in an inflated state. Please keep there no obstacles around the gloves;

4. When the inflation pressure reaches the set inflation pressure value or above, the inflation will automatically stop (if the inflation still does not stop when the pressure exceeds 120% of the set value, please immediately press the 'F1' or 'F7, F8' buttons to stop inflation or deflation);

5. After the inflation stops, enter the pressure holding state and maintain it for 30 seconds. If the pressure drop value is not less than 1500Pa, the glove is considered qualified;

After the test is completed, deflate first, then remove the sealing ring, take off the gloves, and cycle the test in sequence.
