The GT-05 glove leak detector adopts the pressure difference attenuation detection method to inflate the safety gloves. After the internal pressure reaches the set value, it starts to maintain pressure. Within 30 seconds of maintaining pressure, the pressure drops within the standard range, indicating that the safety gloves are well sealed. The test result is: good; On the contrary, if the air pressure drops more than the standard range within 30 seconds of holding pressure, there is a leak in the surrounding enclosure of the safety glove, and the test result is NG.

2. Use a trachea to connect the glove detection disk interface of the GT-05 glove leak detector to the glove to be inspected, and place the hand-held glove detection disk on the glove to be inspected.

3. Connect the power supply of the glove airtight leak detector, and according to the displayed content, fill in the information of the tester, the position of the test sample, and the test sample number on the human-machine interface in sequence.

4. Press the start test button to start the detection.

5. The airtight leak detector automatically prints the detection curve of the tested glove. The result of no leakage is considered as' GOOD ', while the result of a large leakage that does not meet the requirements is considered as' NG'.
