2Laboratory air conditioningLaboratory air conditioning is the heart of temperature and humidity control, requiring high precision and low failure rate. So it is necessary to require the air conditioner to be able to adjust the cooling capacity. There are already two ways on the market: one is variable frequency regulation; Another way is to regulate chilled water.
Variable frequency regulation: In fact, it is to change the power of the compressor by changing the nature of the power supply, so that the compressor can achieve low load or overload operation, while adjusting the throttling capacity of the refrigeration system. Therefore, a lot of complicated links must be added, and each link must be perfectly matched, otherwise faults will occur. The reality is indeed like this, with a very high failure rate.
Chilled water unit: Using cold water at around 7 ℃ as the cooling source, the water flow is controlled by opening or closing an electric valve to easily control the cooling capacity. The electric valve structure is as simple as a household faucet, so the failure rate is almost zero and the control effect is the most stable. By reasonably calculating the heat and humidity load and air dew point of the room to match the air volume, cooling capacity, heating capacity, and humidification capacity, and controlling the stepless regulation of each component through PLC, and selecting sensors with high sensitivity and good linearity, it is possible to achieve temperature within ± 0.1 ℃ and humidity within ± 1%. This method requires calculation and matching based on the actual area and load of each laboratory, so there are no standard forming units, and they are all customized processing types. Generally, a combination of air conditioning units is used to achieve the combination ratio, so the disadvantage is that it occupies a large area.
3Ventilation method
The ventilation method has gone through several historical stages, from the initial bottom air outlet, to the upper natural air supply, to the upper diffuser air supply, to the most advanced upper air duct+microporous ceiling air supply, and lower floor return air method. The entire laboratory has a soft and uniform air supply, with very stable temperature and humidity control.
4Fresh air system
The first function of the fresh air system is to provide physiological fresh air for the staff, and its stable and essential role in determining the temperature and humidity of the laboratory is also indispensable. In order to protect the laboratory from external interference, it is necessary to provide fresh air to the laboratory to maintain a positive air pressure, so that external air cannot enter the laboratory and ensure the stable temperature and humidity of the laboratory throughout the year.
