Our factory produces a production line for Φ 20- Φ 63PPR aluminum coated HDPE pipes, which has a reasonable overall machine and easy operation High degree of automation. This production line can produce composite pipes with specifications ranging from 20 to 63.
Extruder: Adopting brand speed control system Barrier type two pole mixing PP-R special screw Slotting machine barrel.
The sizing part adopts vacuum negative pressure shaping and circulating water cooling, and is made of stainless steel plate.
Traction part: adopts pneumatic clamping Brand frequency conversion speed regulation can achieve stable traction of pipes.
Forming part: It has perfect forming and composite processes to ensure that the pipes are properly combined together.
