◆ Camless pickup: The pickup has a simple structure, reliable and stable operation, low operating noise, reduced wear parts, and easier maintenance;
◆ Powerful grass feeding function: Grass is conveyed by the spiral conveyor on both sides of the machine and collected at the center of the machine. A dedicated feeding drum is installed at the center of the machine to feed the material into the entrance of the rolling chamber. Then, the rolling chamber composed of synchronous conveyor belt and chain plate rolls the material into round bundles;
◆ Electronic Control System: The electronic control system is the third generation intelligent system developed by our company. Its main contents include: controlling the whole machine, human-machine dialogue terminal, sensors, alarm devices, GPS wireless, etc. It can be remotely controlled, allowing the machine to read bundling pressure, network delivery prompts, bale quantity and parameters, etc;
Chain plate bundling system: The bundling system is composed of high-strength synthetic rubber bands connected to hexagonal metal bundling rods. Compared to drum type bundling systems, the bales are more uniform and denser;
◆ Chain centralized lubrication system: using the most advanced international lubrication pump, pipeline joints and their accessories, effectively preventing chain dry friction, extending chain service life and improving overall equipment efficiency;
◆ Suitable for grass gathered into strips on grasslands, straw cut and dried in the field, wheat straw, corn straw and other crops.
