Steam heated dissolution tank:

A certain pressure of boiler steam is introduced into the heating interlayer of the steam heating dissolution tank to heat the materials inside the tank. The temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the steam. Steam enters from the upper inlet of the dissolution tank and is discharged from the bottom through a drain valve. The steam heating dissolution tank must be equipped with accessories such as pressure gauges, safety valves, and drain valves during installation and use.

Electric heating dissolution tank:

The interlayer of the electric heating dissolution tank is equipped with an electric heating tube heating device. A certain amount of heat transfer medium (such as thermal oil or water) is injected into the interlayer, and the thermal oil is heated through the electric heating tube. The temperature of the thermal oil is then transmitted to the materials inside the tank, thereby achieving indirect heat transfer. This is oil bath electric heating. Users can also use the internal and external circulation heating method of thermal oil, which means that the thermal oil is heated to a certain temperature in a separately configured heating tank, transported to the interlayer of the dissolution tank through a thermal oil pump, and then refluxed to the heating tank to form a circulation.
