The discharge amount of the fan is calculated according to the following formula

G: 0.06V.N.Y.R.K (ton/hour)
V - Capacity of the fan (liters/revolutions)
N -- Turn off the fan speed (RPM)
Y -- Volume efficiency of the fan: r=0.8 for granular materials; Powdered material r=0.5-0.6
R - Material capacity (ton/cubic meter)
K - Correction coefficient, generally taken as 0.7-0.8


 
1、 The upper and lower phalanges are generally square or in their original shape, and can also be selected by the user.
2、 The characteristic of this type of vibration discharge device with wear-resistant closed rotor impeller is that the end of the moving blade is made of special wear-resistant material, which can ensure good contact between the blade end and the inner wall of the shell. After wear, the blade end can be easily adjusted to maintain good contact with the inside of the shell, with better air locking performance.
3、 The high-temperature resistant type can transport materials with a temperature of up to 280 ℃. The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent ultrafine powder from coming into contact with the bearings.
