The former believes that the biological response of bacteria to microwaves is that the microwave electric field changes the electron distribution of the cell membrane cross-section, affecting the concentration of electrons and ions around the cell membrane, thereby altering the permeability of the cell membrane. As a result, bacteria cannot metabolize normally, their structure and function are disrupted, and their growth and development are inhibited. The latter believes that proteins, nucleic acid substances, and polar molecules such as water in microorganisms rotate or vibrate with the change of microwave polarity in high-frequency, strong electric field microwave fields, causing protein molecule denaturation and achieving the purpose of sterilization and maturation.
