Working principle

The material is fed into the dryer through the feeding port, and the working medium flows between the shell and the hollow shaft. Heat is transmitted through the jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow disc welded on the shaft. The material is indirectly heated and dried, and the generated water vapor accumulates in the dome of the dryer and is carried out of the dryer by the carrier gas. The hollow disc is completely perpendicular to the shaft and does not cut the material. The material is pushed and stirred by the edge of the disc, and the drying surface is continuously updated to achieve the purpose of drying.

● Stator

The stator shape of the dryer is approximately simplified, with a dome at the top to provide volume space for the carrier gas and water vapor. It also has exhaust outlets and maintenance windows for easy equipment maintenance and repair. The stator end plate is installed with flanges for easy maintenance, and it is also used to fix the bearings of the rotor.

● Rotor

The load-bearing part of the entire dryer consists of a hollow shaft and a set of hollow disks. To improve the robustness of the disc, several sets of support rods are arranged in a circular pattern within the hollow cavity. There is a pusher/agitator installed on the outer edge of the disc, which simultaneously serves the purpose of pushing and stirring materials.

● Drive device

Composed of an embedded gearbox, coupler, and motor, it is used to drive the rotor to rotate slowly.
