2. Top and bottom of the filter bag: a reinforced wear-resistant section not less than 140mm long, with two rows of double stitch lock stitching (the stitching is staggered 180 degrees from the stitching on the bag body);
Requirement for 3 seams: The longitudinal seams should be firm, straight, and not less than three; The circular stitching on the opening of the filter bag should be firm and not less than two on each side. The circular stitching on the bottom of the filter bag is allowed to be single, but more than two circles should be sewn. The edge of the filter bag is interlocked, smooth and wrinkle free;
4. Suture material: PTFE sewing thread;
5 Sewing quality: The needle spacing and sewing width of the sewing thread should comply with the provisions of Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 of GB12625-90 and meet the following requirements:
a) The number of stitches for filter bag stitching within 10cm should not be less than 20-30 stitches;
b) The sewing width of the filter bag is 10-20mm, with a lower limit for thin filter media and an upper limit for thick filter media;
c) Continuous jumpers are not allowed, and within 1 meter of the suture line, the jumper should not exceed 1 needle, 1 line, or 1 location;
d) No floating line;
e) The bag bag of the sleeve kiln coal mill dust collector is not allowed to continuously fall off, and there should be no more than one falling off within 1 meter;
