The separation of alum and water is achieved through contact action and shallow pool sedimentation mechanism. Various spacing inclined plate fillers are supported by plastic ribs of different heights to support the inclined plates. The ribs are hot-melt welded to the inclined plates, and multiple ribs are required to support each layer of inclined plates. The assembly process is complex, and the traditional inclined plates have rectangular internal water flow channels, which are often suitable for upward flow sedimentation tanks.
